The J80S Turbocharger is designed for the TD226B-6 engine equipped with SHANTUI excavators. Its working principle is to use the exhaust gas discharged from the engine to drive the turbine shaft to rotate, and then drive the compressor through the connecting rod to compress the intake air and increase the amount of air entering the engine, thus increasing the output power of the engine. The J80S turbocharger uses an oil cooling system to cool down, which can prevent the turbocharger from being too hot during operation, thus extending its service life.

Notice:

1. When cold starting the engine, try not to run the engine at high speed to prevent the turbocharger from being damaged due to insufficient oil circulation.

2. After the engine is running at high speed, remember not to shut it down immediately. It should be run at low speed for a period of time to allow the turbocharger sufficient time to cool down.

3. Check the working status of the turbocharger regularly. If there is any abnormality, stop it immediately for inspection.
